Our ever popular 6 week course runs 4 times a year and always books up quickly!
It focuses on giving you the tools to help yourself out of pain and to increase your mobility by teaching you how to re-balance, re-structure and re-centre your body from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.

SIM Course

The way you move your body is a habit, a habit that has been evolved by years of adaptation to repetitive movements, physical injuries and stresses. 
These habitual movement patterns result in imbalances, tension and tightness within your body, leading to pain, loss of flexibility, compromised mobility and increased risk of injury.
How does the course work?
We start with your feet, the most important, most overlooked and under trained part of your body. 
The strength and structure of your feet directly affects your whole body, if your feet aren’t functioning efficiently neither will anything above them!! 
We then work up your body, connecting the movement of the feet with the muscles and joints above using simple, effective exercises to reboot your movement patterns, allowing your body to realign and rediscover pain free, efficient movement. 
The Results
This posture is a common problem for women who’ve had children and then carried their babies and toddlers around on one hip. The point here is, your body is truly amazing, it is always adapting so that it can function fully whilst dealing with the demands placed on it, which is exactly what Carey’s body had done. 
Week 1 shows how Carey’s body is leaning left and rotating to the left with her right hip and shoulder being held forwards in space, most of her weight is passing through the left leg and foot, her body has done this to balance out the weight of carrying children on the right hip.  
Week 6 shows her weight more evenly balanced through her feet, her right hip and shoulder are no longer rotating forward and the left side of her back, waist, shoulder/neck have found length and space as her body has recentred.
